Viking Linen Dresses

The linen sark is the foundation of every women’s outfit. In the Viking age, sarks were made in a variety of materials and lengths, and in different styles. Our sarks are crafted from 100% high quality linen, inspired by finds from both Scandinavia and Pskov. A sark can be worn on its own for example, with a brooch at the neck and a belt at the waist, or under an apron dress. We offer sarks in natural, plant-dyed, and chemically dyed colors.
