This was a widely used piece of jewellery known from multiple Viking graves. Used to keep wealthy women’s multiple bead chains separated and on display, hanging from their tortoise brooches.

This detailed replica is based specifically on a find from Öland, Sweden and have three holes for attaching different chains to.
