Ordering from Klesarven.com

If you placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation, this is usually because you entered the wrong email address. Then you have to contact us so we can check your email address and get it entered correctly. It is important to register the correct email address to get the delivery to arrive fast and easy. 

If the goods have not been sent then you can send us an e-mail explaining what you want, whether it is cancellation or change of sizes / product. We want to help you but the warehouse/stock is handled by external help so it depends on how quickly I get an answer. If the goods are shipped then unfortunately it is too late with changes. Then you have to pick up the goods and return them for exchange or cancellation.

When shopping at klesarven.com, please be aware that you need to pay VAT, tax and tax fees when your package arrives in your country.

Buyer are responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes liable to your country.

We do not deduct Norwegian VAT for international orders. Therefore, the prices on klesarven.no is 25% higher than the prices on klesarven.com.

International Shipping

We ship world wide except Russia as we can't find a currier to do so. 

It takes between 7-14 days. We ship with DHL and it usually takes around 10 days, depending on where you are located.

All packages from Klesarven are sent with tracking. You will recieve a separate e-mail from our warehouse with tracking information as soon as the package is on its way.

Returns and Exchanges

Just as we are responsible for the goods arriving safely to you, you are responsible for the return arriving safely to us. You can choose how to return the goods yourself, but we recommend sending with tracking. The customer pays the return cost. If you want to send a return to us, use the following adress:  Prime Cargo AS, Torvuttaket 26, Inngang J, 1450 Vestby.  Norway. 

You send us the goods you want to return and we will refund you the money as soon as we receive them.

If you want to exchange an item you need to place a new order, this is the fastest and we will send new items within 1-3 working days.
