If you placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation, this is usually because you entered the wrong email address. Then you have to contact us so we can check your email address and get it entered correctly. It is important to register the correct email address to get the delivery feast and easy.
If the goods have not been sent then you can send us an e-mail explaining what you want, whether it is cancellation or change of sizes / product. We want to help you but the warehouse/stock is handled by external help so it depends on how quickly I get an answer. If the goods are shipped then unfortunately it is too late with changes. Then you have to pick up the goods and return them for exchange or cancellation.

We do not deduct Norwegian VAT for international orders. Customs and VAT are not included in the price, there are additional expenses for the purchase. Example: Riding skirt Matilde cost 2500 Norwegian kr. All international costumers only pay 2000 Norwegian kr in checkout. The 500 kr is Norwegian VAT. You don’t pay that to us but you need to pay these 500 to your own country! (amount depends on your VAT %. In Norway it is 25 %.

We ship world wide execpt Russia as we can't find a currier to do so.
It takes between7- 14 days. We usually send by DHL economic and 10 days is standard but it depend on the adress.
Yes. All packages from us have tracking number. You will recieve a separate e-mail from our wearhouse as soon as the package is on its way.

Just as we are responsible for the goods arriving safely to you, you are responsible for the return arriving safely to us. You can choose how to return the goods yourself, but we recommend sending with tracking. The customer pays the return cost.
